Product information:

Thermally insulated air-conditioned cabinet 18U 19' with dimensions STZtK 1074/635/948 (depth 921cm with air-conditioner) 550W air-conditioner with IP56 protection. Cabinet mounted on a 600x600 steel base.

The cabinet is made of aluminium, the body of the cabinet is of single shell construction with thermal insulation, fully laser-welded in accordance with the ISO 3834-2-2021 welding quality system.

The cabinet provides high protection of the equipment inside against flooding and dust. The cabinet has a standard IP 56 tightness class according to the PN-EN 60529:2003 standard. The mechanical impact protection of the cabinet is IK 10 according to the PN-EN 62262:2003 standard (formerly PN-EN 50102:2001).

Gasket - polyurethane cast on the door, after closing it tightly adheres to the flange in the cabinet body, the flange profiled at an angle of 88 degrees creates a gutter for draining water which gets between the door and the body.

Cabinet door set on steel internal hinges, locked with a four-point locking system behind the cabinet chamber (proprietary locking system patent pending). Handle with cylinder lock, possibility of changing the cylinder lock on one's own.

The cabinet is designed to be installed on an adapted steel or aluminium base, supplied by the manufacturer as mounting accessory, or on any self-made concrete base. No special sealing is required at the joint between the cabinet and the foundation.
