Product information:

Thermally insulated outdoor double shell, double door aluminium cabinet STZT 1730x1600x720 (WxSxG) dedicated as switchgear for photovoltaics. The cabinet is suitable for outdoor installation with a dedicated foundation for ground burial. 30U high cabinet with 19" rack rails. Ingress Protection Rating of 55.

Designed to:

- protect the equipment inside (such as: inverter, batteries) from the harmful effects of external environmental conditions;

- protect against unauthorised access and activities - including destructive activities

Enabling:

- installation of heating and ventilation equipment to ensure the correct temperature conditions required by the equipment installed in it;

Impact Protection Rating of 09 – IK 10 on demand

As standard, the cabinet is equipped with fans with filters, air flow range from 26 to 700m3/h.

One fan operates in the "supply" mode, the other in the " extraction" mode (eliminating the "vacuum" phenomenon in the cabinet chamber); the design of both fans enables independent adjustment of their modes of operation.

The enclosure has two reinforced shelves for batteries (one per chamber) attached to 4 RACK rails. Maximum load capacity of each section (formed by 4 rack rails) - 250 kg (up to 500 kg for the entire cabinet).

1. Outer shell - made of aluminium sheet (PA-11), 2mm thick, bolted.
2. Internal structure - made of 2mm thick aluminium sheet (PA-11) fully laser-welded.
3. 30mm thick insulation layer (in the walls).
4. The door opening has an aluminium flange around it, appropriately shaped to seal it by pressing against the gasket on the door panel and simultaneously draining water from the gasket area
5. Double shell insulated doors. - good tensile strength,
6. Rack mounting racks - made of 1.5 mm thick anti-corrosive coated magnelis steel  
7. Rack rails height 30U - made of steel with anti-corrosive magnelis coating.
8. Locking system:
    a. internal metal hinges - 3 per door
    b. handle with airtight lock, 4-point locking.

9. Polyurethane poured gasket.
10. 2 multihole grommets (IP66) for cable entry into MC3/7 cabinet or alternatively MC25/27.
