MikroTik RouterBoard RB760iGS hEX S is affordable, small and easy to use, but at the same time comes with a very powerful dual core 880 MHz CPU and 256 MB RAM, capable of all the advanced configurations that RouterOS supports. It is a five port Gigabit Ethernet router for locations where wireless connectivity is not required. Compared to the hEX, the hEX S also features an SFP port and PoE output on the last port.

The device has USB 2.0 port and microSD slot. On the memory card there is possibility to instal "The Dude" server. Nwe hEX has also  encryption hardware support with bandwidth up to ~470 Mb/s.

The device has PoE on the first Ethernet port, it can be powered by 802.3af/at or passive PoE 12 - 57 V DC. Power can be also supplies by DC. The set includes 24 V DC, 1.2 A power supplier.
 
hEX S is a router for locations where wireless connectivity is not required. It can be used in companies and hiuses where there is a need for advanced network control. The device had a back desktop housing.
